Policies for South Salem High School Theater
Refund and Exchange Policy
In the event of inclement weather, tickets may be exchanged for another performance if one is available.
No ticket exchanges may be done on day of show (for that day's show).
Please do not come to the theater if you are sick. Stay home and get well!
Other exchanges can be made by contacting gibbons_julianna@salkeiz.k12.or.us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please offer grace in requests for ticketing adjustments, as they have to be made one at a time by the drama teacher, who also has teaching and directing responsibilities.
General Policies
To access the theater, please enter at the lower doors near the intersection of Howard and Cottage streets SE. Parking is limited. There is a lower parking lot on Howard Street and a paved path with stairs allows access up the hill to the building. There is a drop off along Howard Street near the theater entrance that is accessible.

Food and drink are not permitted in the performance space.

Please arrive in enough time to locate parking, proceed to the building, check in or purchase tickets, use the restroom if needed, and locate your seats. For safety reasons and to avoid disrupting the performance for performers and other patrons, those arriving late will be seated at house manager discretion and may be seated in locations with obstructed views..

Note: the front row of seating is at ground level. All other rows of seating require navigating steps.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (South Salem High School Theater). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
